Flachau and the surrounding area has been alpine and mountain farming pasture land for centuries - an ideal walking area for families and pleasure-walkers, whose priority is not necessary speed.
A wide range of high alpine tours are available for more sporting mountaineers in the Dachstein and Tauern range of mountains.
Our walks are classified into 3 levels of difficulty:
